Marine airfare eligibility and documentation required

Passenger holding valid seaman’s book, travelling to join or leave a commercial vessel. Marine employees not holding a seaman’s book must have written application by shipping company. Anyone employed to work on a vessel, who is not registered seaman, but who is included on the ship’s manifest, and has a letter of authorisation on the letterhead of the shipping company or cruise line
